The Foundation is incorporated in Oregon, has an EIN and is preparing a full Form 1023 application. This page does not claim IRS recognition or assure deductible contributions. Current organizational status.
Personal Empathy Ethicist teaching/services operate through the separate HeartCore Ventures LLC. The actual provider, payment recipient and engagement terms must identify that entity. Foundation contact does not move commercial services or revenue into the nonprofit.
Formal client audit, conformity assessment and certification decisions require competent independent external parties. The Foundation’s proposed education and stewardship roles do not establish an assessment intake or credential program.
