The Foundation publishes the current HEART canon, governance architecture, and separately classified research. Board service at this stage is about building a durable institution that can hold that work with independence and discipline. Candidates should verify legal records, current authorities, liabilities, finances, conflicts, and operating status rather than relying on this summary alone.

Before accepting service, a candidate should be able to answer:
- Can I serve independently?
- Do I understand the mission and the risk profile?
- Can I meet the time and preparation demands?
- Can I protect the Foundation from capture or drift?
- Do I accept fiduciary and reputational responsibility?
