HEART Source Profiles
Sources can include
- law and regulation;
- standards and frameworks;
- binding contracts or procurement terms;
- institutional policy;
- professional duties; and
- HEART-native requirements where the specific HEART authority is named.
Required discipline
A Source Profile identifies the source version or operative date, scope, jurisdiction, normative force, relevant provisions, exceptions, ambiguity, conflicts, evidence implications, and update triggers.
Mappings are not automatically legal or semantic equivalence. HEART must not describe voluntary alignment as legal compliance.
Current status
The Source Profile family is defined by Profile Specification v1.0. One individual Source Profile is current:
- EU Artificial Intelligence Act Source Profile v1.0 — a bounded source-navigation and HEART control-planning aid based on Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
It is not legal advice, legal conformity, a presumption of conformity, certification, or notified-body assessment. Every additional Source Profile must complete its own versioned adoption and authority-index path.
